Questions for Craig 4. 22/07/99

Q. From Jen McConchie. "Hi there, My boyfriend and I are both very big fans and were wondering when you will be coming to Canada or the Northern USA. We really would love to see you live!"

CC. "Hopefully soon Jen, we're trying to arrange dates."

Q. From Troy Melvin. "Hi Craig, Will you ever write an episode yourself?"

CC. "We'll see Troy, I have many ideas."

Q. From B Garberdin. "Do you have any plans top put your show in the US or Canada? I know you have come here for Red Dwarf promotional stuff. But I believe your standup show would do well here with non "Dwarfers" as well."

CC. "Let's hope so, judging by the amount of mail I get about it, there shouldn't be a problem."

Q. From Hannah Templeman. "Are you one of those nice celebrities who welcomes people who approach you in the supermarket or do you hate recognition? (I don't wish for my name to remain unknown. Exposure! Exposure! Exposure!"

CC. "You can get arrested for that sort of behaviour young lady! In answer to your question; I don't mind being recognised, it's something I have to live with, it does have it's good and bad sides, the supermarket is one of the bad sides though."

Q. From Tami Joeris. "Hello Craig, I just wanted to say congratulations on the page, it looks great. i'd like to make a suggestion though. i don't know if you know about this, but there's this picture of you dressed as a prostitute, you should put that one on you're page, you are adorable in it! ok, now for my question. what was it you said to Holly from the episode "Bodyswap" after you told her to do something about Rimmer's clothes? this has been driving me crazy! i've been told that you said "brutal", but i'd swear you said something after that, what was it? thanks bunches, hugs, Tami. :-)"

CC. "Hi Tami, sorry I haven't made The Curry Room yet, hopefully soon. Those pics were actually from my Almanac Of Total Knowledge book. They were silly weren't they? I can't remember saying anything after the word brutal, but may be I did, I would have to watch it again to see. "

Q. From Sarah Weston. "Craig, I've just finished "The Log" and it was hilarious. Was it actually written on the set of RD? Did the other cast members come up with any ideas for it or was it all your own work??"

CC. "Thanx Sarah, it was actually co-written with my old buddy Russell Bell. It was a joint effort and wasn't really put together in one place. "
