Questions for Craig 3. 22/07/99

Q. From Judy. "During the series VIII episode "Pete," Chris Barrie bounced a basketball off your head for you to bump it into the hoop. I'm just curious about how you did it; was it just a fluke, or did you have to do it several times before it worked? Either way, pretty gosh darned impressive!"

CC. "Thanx Judy, no it wasn't a fluke, but it did take a couple of efforts."

Q. From C N Moffett. "In several interviews you have given, you have made some rather unpleasant comments about America and Americans (women especially). Is there some personal reason for this hostility, or do you simply find it comical?"

CC. "I love America, I love American women, I love comedy. You can't unfortunately be true to all three loves all the time whilst remaining always sorry."

Q. From Gwen. "Hi Craig, 2 questions, 1, Do you like Tori Amos? and 2. are you going to come to Holland on your tour? that's all (for now :o) bye!"

CC. "Ok Gwen, here we go, answer 1. Yes I love the way she plays the piano. Answer 2.One day. Bye!

Q. From Sew Pew. "What the hell did you think of being on "All Star Squares" in Australia? That week was the only week I watched the show and I was so embarressed about what you might think of our "celebrities". There is much better talent in this country. You were ok on it. You did look a bit bored though. The other question is regarding the re-runs on the ABC. How come that there has been bits added and bits taken, extra colour and music when Cat does something? I was told this was done for the new American market. Is that true?

Thanks. Lustily yours.
My partner often says that he thinks that I think of you when we're doing the oingo boingo!!!!!"

CC. "I enjoyed it, but was a bit bored at times because so many people have to have their five minutes. The Red Dwarf Show was re-mastered to try and bring it up to date with techno advance. Please keep thinking of me when you oingoing. Send me a pic so I can think of you u"

Q. From Jane&Craig. "When are you doing a COUNTRY tour of Australia? ie: Not just Melbourne or the cities. It'sa about time you met some real Aussie fans! Thanks and look forward to seeing you soon."

CC. "Next year, we're hoping to tour Australia cities. Thanx."

Q. From Kim. "Where were your ancestors from? (ie. Spanish, Czech, French, India etc) and when you decided to take up acting, how did they take it?"

CC. "My Mother is Liverpool/Irish. My Father is South American, from Guyana. Some people consider Guyana part of the West Indies, but it's on the Main Land."
